Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders enter processing immediately after being placed. Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued after deducting any processing or handling costs charged by our fulfilment partners.
Delivery Time (International Orders)
Most international orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location and courier speed.
We ship from US, India, Germany, China, and Europe warehouses depending on stock availability.
A little wait ensures you receive the best products at the best value.
Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may apply small customs or import charges for international shipments.
If applicable, these will be collected by your local customs or courier.
Most customers do not experience any additional fees.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent by email once the package is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Undeliverable Packages / Wrong Address (RTS)
If a parcel is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to claim the package, you may choose:
Re-shipping the order — A small re-shipping fee may apply.
Refund — If reshipping is not preferred, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and any courier/warehouse handling charges.
Such cases are rare, but this process helps avoid unnecessary losses.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel is not received, please check with neighbours or your local courier office.
If unresolved, contact us at support@oiira.com and we will help coordinate with the courier.
Return & Replacement (Summary)
For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required as proof.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
