REFUND AND RETURNS
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
An unboxing video is required.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items without an unboxing video
Items reported after 48 hours
Used, washed, or altered items
Items without original packaging
Final sale or clearance items
Replacement Process
If approved, we will arrange a replacement based on warehouse availability.
Replacements are shipped after verification of the unboxing video.
Refunds (If Replacement Not Available)
If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are processed after deducting any applicable shipping or handling charges.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Package
If a parcel returns to the warehouse due to a wrong address or failed delivery attempts:
You may request re-shipping (a small re-shipping fee may apply), or
Request a refund after deducting original shipping and handling charges.
Order Cancellation After Purchase
Cancellation is only possible before the order enters processing.
If already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved cancellations may incur processing or handling deductions.
Return Shipping
In most cases, return shipping is not required, as damaged claims are handled through the unboxing video.
If a return is required, instructions will be provided by our team.
Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) are typically processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
